I love this colour combo-Whisper White, Basic Black and Kiwi Kiss. This Friday nights class (29th October) we will be making three items. The first is a card with a clear overlay and using Stamps from Embrace Life and Dreams Du Jour (love that butterfly, so versatile!) The second card has a double flap opening and the background is stamped with my very first background stamp En Francais..love it love it, can't wait to get more background stamps. The third is a very useul item...if you are anything like me you may have some people you simply cannot buy gifts for so you resort to gift cards..this is a nifty little gift card holder which looks so much better than the naff offering that comes when you purchase store gift cards. If you would like to book in email me wotzup@bigpond.net.au and I will prepare a pack for you. Cost is $20 which includes all materials ( except snail adhesive) and includes tea/ coffee and supper. We usually start around 7 pm and finish...whenever!! usually a lot of chatter after the class!
Over the coming weeks I will include an item in each class that will help you out with Christmas gift ideas....stamping on candles is coming up the following week and I have quite a few people booked already so you may have to let me know if you would like to do this class so I can reserve a place for you. We will also be making a watercoloured card ...I will probably run this class on both Friday and Saturday night so email me if you would like to come. Cost is $20 which includes all materials (except snail adhesive) and includes tea/ coffee and supper...the girls are partial to wedges and sour cream lol

This Fridays nights class we will be making two cards, a bookmark and a little hair clip holder ( a cute gift idea). Love the Kiwi Kiss and Baja Breeze together and the Sweet Always stamps are gorgeous! If you would be interested in attending a class, buying products or would like me to customize a workshop for you just send me an email and I will get back to you
I would like to introduce you to my beautiful new grand daughter "Sophie Rose". Her big sisters Emily and Ella were glad to finally meet their baby sister and Emily was given the honour of naming her (thank goodness as Ella was gunning for Google Eyes! lol) I have been asked to create a layout for Scrapbooking Memories so little Sophie will soon have her face in a magazine...just as soon as I decide which designer paper to use!
Well I got there!! Last Friday night we had our first stamping class...it was all at very short notice as I didn't think my stamping room would be ready in time but Hubby spent hours fixing up the tables and installing an air conditioner so it was ready set go!!! Our debut class was Crazy For Cupcakes (love that stamp set..sooo cute!!) We made three cards incorporating water colouring paper piecing and heat embossing..the ladies were all beginners, new to stamping and were amazed at how easy it was to create a stylish card with just a few products.
This was our first card where we created the cupcake by stamping it onto cardstock and designer paper and then pieced the cake together. The scallop was made using the slit punch.
On our next card we used the masking technique to create the bunch of balloons. Some crystal effects over the top added some shine
The last card used the cupcake stand...that frosting screamed out for some dazzling diamonds...I still have it all over my face.
These cards were all made using Chocolate Chip, Whisper White and Regal Rose cardstock and designer papers from the Sweet Always and Bella Rose ranges
