Sweet Treats!

This simple little treat box is just a slide cover I made to go over a box of Mentos. I used the stem from the Sweetheart Set and the flower was punched with the XL Fancy Flower with the centre from the For You flower stamp...cute for a kids party favour!

Everything Is Coming Up Roses

Excuse the not so great photo and more importantly the very corny title of this post lol..I love bright colours on black backgrounds because it makes everything really pop. For this card I embossed the background with the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder The rose is from 5th Avenue Floral set. It has been embossed in white on watercolour paper and coloured using the reinker float method. The leaves are just cut by hand and I added a few dots of bling

Pillow Box Wedding Favour

This was very quick and easy! The hearts were punched with the full heart punch and embossed. The  pillow box was also embossed and to finish it all off I added a satin bow and  tag from Tiny Tags

Baby Tees Baby Card

AAWWW! I love that little baby romper..it's the Baby Tees Wheel of course which I rolled onto watercolour paper and colours with my Aqua Painter and ink pads...The Top NOte Die was stamped with En Francais then  Embossed with the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder. A pretty satin bow and a bookplate finishes it off...as well as a bit of sponging around the edges

Fast and Fabulous Easel Card

The Late Night Stampers challenge this week is to use your bigshot....Nice and easy!. For this circle easel card I have used the scallop circle die to make the card base..I used Peach Parfait again, this colour is really starting to grow on me now! The stamp sets used are Fast and Fabulous (level 2 hostess set)  and the butterfly from Bliss, as well as the greeting from Occasional greetings...I quite like this card!
On a personal note...I gave up smoking 5 weeks ago...but tonight I would crawl over hot coals to get a pack of smokes...when will it be easier????????

Fancy Favour Box

I have only recently purchased the Fancy Favour Die...so glad I did! The base of this box is done in Pretty In Pink..the outer layer is Very Vanilla embossed with the Elegant Lines embossing folder..the tag was stamped with the tag stamp in Punch Bunch...This would make a great baby shower favour

Punch Art Bug

This cute bug was part of a collection I purchased from Kim Score at Paper Punch Addiction . I completely forgot I had this till I was browsing through my files this morning...bonus! I have used Peach Parfait for the first time...it's growning on me..the sentiment is from Bugs and Kisses

Something Sweet

This is a version I did of a card last week...that one was girly, this one is more boyish? No idea, I don't have boys lol...but it's bright and colourful anyways

Treat Slider

There's nothing fancy about this one but kids love 'em. It's the same concept as a chocolate slider but I have used Zappo lollies for the treat.

...pull the snail and the treat slides out! This works well in kids classes...if you are wondering how this is done just google chocolate slider, there are heaps of tutorials

Bugs For The Boys

This is actually a case of a gift card holder I made last year...I have used all the cute guys from Bugs and Kisses and my colours are Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie and Pacific Point..the dragonfly in this set is so cute!

Choo Choo

This is my card for challenge 108 over at Late Night Stampers...... a card for the boys! I have used Choo Choo with some of the animals from Fox and Friends going along for the ride. I went with lots of bright colours..Cherry Cobbler, Not Quite Navy, Tangerine Tango and Pumpkin Pie...and I actually like this one!

Morning Cup

Isn't this set devine!..I Wanted it the minute I laid eyes on it. I used Staz on to stamp the images on water colour paper and I coloured them using my aqua brush and ink pads..my colour scheme for this one is Marina Mist, Soft Suede and Very Vanilla

Aviary Meets Sweet Summer

So lucky I am not a slogan writer...my titles get cornier every day! I really loved the swirly stamp in the Sweet Summer Sale a Bration set...it's a good one to "hang things off" .

....so for this one I hung one of the pretty bird cages from the Aviary set. I have used a very simple colour scheme of Whisper White, Basic Blacl and Marina Mist...one of my big faults is I stick to safe colour schemes...I try to be more adventurous but I always go back to my fave colours..I will have to work on that!

Valentine Mini Treat

This is just a little bonus project we made in stamp club this week...its only tiny

I Heart Hearts Valentine

For this one I used a base of Naturals Ivory. The sentiment was stamped between two score lines and the hearts were stamped on white cardstock and cut out. I used kitchen string held with brads to make the clothesline (note to self...remember to order more SU twine!) and used mini pegs to hang the hearts....easy!

Elegant Lines

This is another card for challenge 107 over at Late Night Stampers...It's a super easy one ! Embossed the top piece of cardstock using the Elegant Lines embossing folder which was then stuck to a white card base. The sentiment is from Heard from the Heart and the heart image is from the Priceless set...a quick card in under five minutes...my kind of card lol

Sweetest Day

I have done this card for a challenge on Late Night Stampers....to use hearts on your card..I completely forget the name of this stamp set ...Guess that means I don't use it often enough!! The colours used are Cherry Cobbler, Pretty in Pink and Pink Pirouette. For the pink panel underneath the stamped image I used different sized circle punches to punch both designer paper and cardstock. The circles have been stuck randomly onto the plain cardstock...I DO know the sentiment is from Crazy for Cupcakes

Something Blue...and Inspired by Nature (lol)

Here it is again...my good old faithful set...Inspired by Nature...I have used Not Quite Navy, Always Artichoke and Naturals Ivory...first time I have ever used the Naturals Ivory...I will definately be using it more often, love it!

Fast and Fabulous

This is the first time I have used this set. I went out of my comfort zone for this one and used Daffodil Delight with Melon Mambo and Whisper White. The sentiment is from Heard from the Heart...I had to sneak in the butterfly from the Bliss set, I predict I will wear THAT stamp out in no time!

Bliss

Said it before and I will say it again...how COOL are the Sale A Bration stamps this year!!! Bliss is my absolute favourite...love love love that butterfly and the flourish is devine. For this card I have used Old Olive, Crumb Cake, Basic Black and Whisper White...I gave my mat pack a work out on this one and used the swiss Dots embossing Folder on the crumbcake strip...it's simple but I like it

Punch Bunch Birthday Card

How cool are the Sale A Bration stamps this year...woohoo!!!. I made this for a challenge on LN Stampers...the owl stamp is so cute, I can see me using him a LOT! I have used the balloons from Party This Way and drew the strings with a black marker.
Sorry I have been missing in action lately, I have been glued to the tv watching the complete and utter devastation Mother Nature has been dealing out to my poor state of Queensland...floods and cyclones, my heart goes out to all those poor buggars who have been affected..
