OOps nearly forgot...Thankyou to my upline Angie who kindly gave me a lift to the Stampin' Up regionals in Brisbane ( Angie on right) We sat with some lovely ladies and learned some new ideas and also got to swap
cards with fellow demonstrators
I made some tealight flowers using the flower from the Something Sweet set (117699) We make these in our free workshops so you really should think about making a booking!

Something Sweet
Heelllooo...is this not the cutest set ever!! Designed to go with the Sweet Treat Cups (116802) and 1 3/4 inch circle punch (112004) , Something Sweet (117699) will have your brain ticking over for new ideas...Rudolph is my grand daughters favourite here are a few others...with or without lollies they are loads of fun for the person on the receiving end!
sigh...if I wasn't so tired I would play a bit more with this set
That's about it for now...if you are interested in coming along to one of my classes, please send me an email for details wotzup@bigpond.net.au

Butterfly Prints
Gotta love it when Stampin' Up design punches to go with their stamps!! This is one of the cards we made in a recent free workshop. The stamps ( 117711) and Punch (116629) make creating a simple card ...well....simple! Lovin the David Jones butterfly lol
This one here used flowers from the Petal Pizzaz set (115850) This would be my number one pick for Scrapbooking as I use a lot of flowers on my pages...so many different ways to layer those beautiful flowers!
Animal Stories
This was one of the stamp sets that didn't do it for me at first but now it's one of my favourites! Animal Stories (117705) is great for baby and kids cards
This photo doesn't show the detail very well (at all really!!) but I used Heat &Stick powder ( 100625) with dazzling Diamonds (102023) on the little elephants..I love craft cardstock teamed with pastels. .JPG)
I stamped the owl onto a branch from the "Embrace Life" (114269) set and added the tiny flower from the "For Everything' set.
Terrible photo sorry! This little whale is adorable and goes so well with the "Something Fishy" jumbo wheel.
Loving the Giraffe too...not colours I usually go for but it's different lol
Totally Tools
Totally Tools (115894) is a great one for guy cards, the little tools can be used in a number of ways.. For this I stamped the images, coloured them with Aquapainters and added Crystal Effects over the top then cut them out to add to a nail bag. The nail bag was made to look like suede by spritzing the cardstock with water and gently rubbing away the top layer to leave a rough textured finish. To add the stitched pockets I used my Paper piercing template
Voila!!
Ok , this one isn't in the Summer Mini but 'VOILA" (116432) is one of my newest additions and I LOVE it!! That little chef is so cute.I saw this pop up card on You Tube created by a lady called Nancy (sorry couldn't find any other details) and had to give it a go. Now I need to buy the Voila a la Carte (115944) because the turkey on his serving platter would make this a great Christmas card for something a little bit different.
I used the birthday cake on this one and gave him black pants this time....So easy to colour with the Aquapainters and I just used Basic Black Stampin Write marker for the grey shading on his coat.
Summer Mini is here!!
It was so great to be able to show all my customers the fantastic new products available in the new Summer Mini catalogue!! I have a few personal favourites and there are one or two sets which I wasn't overly fond of when I first saw them but now that I have had a chance to play they have made it to my "must have " list. The treat cups are so cute and my little grand daughters loved the Rudolf with the shiny red M&M nose...The Something Sweet set is a blast to play around with and the 'For Everything ' set is very versatile and I find myself already using it over and over...I shall post some examples in catagories!
