So here are a few of the things I made this week starting with a penny spinner card we made with the grasshopper from the Cute as a Bug set...we had made something similar in the kids class and the adults liked it so I did this version with them..you just can't help but sit there for ages tipping it from side to side to see it roll around ...or is that just me??
I was busting to use this little cup from the new Mini...Share a Cup is only $11.95 and such a sweet little stamp...The label is one of the sizzlets from the 4 pack of dies..love love love, I have a sore arm from cranking out dozens of these little babies!
Hmm...also had to treat myself to the new very vintage jumbo wheel...hard to stuff this one up as the design is so abstract it forgives a million sins....so yes...made for me....and there is that awesome little All a Flutter butterfly again...stamped on vellum cardstock
Just wanted to zoom in and show you how pretty those sizzlet labels are...unfortunately it also shows up my naff cutting of the butterfly...reading glasses next time!
and just for fun a clip thingo for a photo holder..I grabbed the first photo I laid hands on in my photo box...My grand daughter Emily when she was six months old.....awwww...she is nearly seven now with blonde curly hair half way down her back!
Finally...because I have been neglecting all the stamp sets that have worked their way down to the bottom of the pile I dragged out Crazy For Cupcakes and used the in your face colour combo of Pumpkin Pie, Tempting Turquoise and Melon Mambo..I am not really a fan of bright colours normally but these a happy colours...(scuse the stand in clip...my order hasn't arrived)
And now I think I have eaned a nice hot cup of coffee and something sweet....but before I go I would just like to thank all the lovely ladies who regularly attend my classes....they dont care if I wear my PJ's or sing badly...they just keep on coming back....see you next week girls!
Oh Bev, more beautiful cards .... your card ladies are soo lucky to have you to teach, inspire and have a good laugh with ... I love the "in your face" colour combo ... never used them together but they look great here!!!!
